1. Development service
These draft Terms govern use of the current Streamlined Connect QR Hub development service. New account holders must explicitly accept the identified draft version. Existing accounts are not represented as having accepted a version they were never shown. Operator identity, public-launch terms, and effective date remain pending.
2. Accounts and business workspaces
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and access only business workspaces you are authorized to use. Business owners are responsible for their team's access and use of exported customer information. Do not attempt to bypass organization or role restrictions.
3. Forms, content, and communications
Businesses are responsible for the questions, request-consent wording, descriptions, offers, links, and other content they publish, and for obtaining permissions appropriate to their activities. Provide accurate business identity and privacy disclosures. Do not request sensitive data through general-purpose forms or use the service for unlawful, misleading, abusive, or unsolicited activity.
Customer request consent and optional marketing permission are separate. A request is not a subscription to unrelated businesses. Honor marketing suppression and do not treat a later ordinary submission as renewed permission. General newsletter delivery is disabled; recording permission does not send a newsletter or guarantee that an email address belongs to the submitter.
4. QR links and published forms
QRs may also redirect to a business-selected website or display a digital coupon. Businesses must supply authorized links and store-issued discount codes. A shared code may be given to multiple customers. QR Hub does not integrate with checkout, enforce single-use redemption or report actual sales/redemptions. Editing an offer creates a new version for future requests; earlier records remain unchanged. Codes already distributed to customers cannot be recalled through QR Hub.
A QR code resolves a saved URL to the assigned published form. Draft changes do not update the public form until published. Paused, archived, or deleted codes may be unavailable; published slugs remain reserved through these states. Reassigning a form does not change the saved QR image or URL.
Continued operation depends on the host, domain ownership, network access, and the service remaining available. Loss of a domain, hosting changes, or service interruption may stop a printed QR code from working. Do not interpret permanent identifier reservation as a guarantee of perpetual availability.
5. Availability and development limitations
Features and availability may change during development. Back up important business records and verify published forms before sharing them. Customer requests are expressions of interest, not guarantees of a sale or the accuracy of submitted information.
Subscriptions, payment processing, paid lead sales, public marketplace distribution, and automated newsletter delivery are not offered by this release. No purchase or payment obligation is created by these draft Terms. Additional services require separately finalized terms before activation.
6. Privacy and changes
Read the draft Privacy Policy for current data practices and the contact details still pending. This draft does not waive rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Governing-law, dispute, and public-launch contractual provisions have not been finalized.
Keep the accepted version with account records. Material future terms will be separately versioned; the service will not manufacture historical acceptance or assume acceptance from a form submission.
